How many branches do you have?
We currently have 3 offices; our head office which is at mallam, and 2 other branches at odorkor and lapaz.
Are you licensed by Bank of Ghana?
We were among the first batch of Microfinance companies who were licensed by Bank of Ghana. As of now, we are among the few licensed microfinance companies to get perpetual license in the whole country.
Will I get my money when I need it and how fast can I get it?
Sure. Nobody has ever been asked to come the following day for his or her money. Withdrawals and redemptions are paid instantly upon demand. We make sure there is enough funds to pay to our cherished customers
How often can I withdraw?
You can withdraw any time depending on the product you choose.
If I cannot come to the banking hall, can I send someone to come for my money?
Yes. We will only confirm from you.
Can I open account for my child?
Yes
How much can I start with?
Any amount depending on the product you choose.
Do I have to pay a fixed amount every day?
You can pay any amount any day. You do not necessarily have to make deposit everyday.
If I want to close my account what should I do?
Just come to our office and talk to your account officer. We will assist you to do that.
