Welcome to the official website of Universal Microfinance company limited. We are an institution that
aims at providing holistic support to businesses through efficient and effective delivery of customer-
centered financial services.

While we are very pleased with the quick growth and solid results achieved by Universal Microfinance in
certain parts of the Greater Accra and Ashanti regions of Ghana, we are eager to develop our activities further and
bring sustainable, socially-oriented financial services to the economically active poor in other parts of the
country. This is why Universal Microfinance aims at opening new offices in certain deprived areas in the
coming years.

While working to achieve this objective, we will continue to serve our cherished customers in the best of
our ability. At Universal Microfinance, we believe in the role of microfinance as a poverty reduction tool
and are strongly committed to having a positive social impact on the lives of our clients and their
communities.

Universal Microfinance is also convinced that the microfinance sector needs to be further consolidated and professionalized. We have taken series of
actions to revise our internal procedures, optimize the use of our resources, and improve the quality of our activities. We continue to strive to spread the best microfinance practices throughout the country and to achieve high levels of internal control and transparency.
